ISIS leader killed October 27, 2019 10:22 am ER

No doubt you’ve heard the news by now, the ISIS boss in Syria was killed by US troops in his secret compound, and many of his followers killed or captured. No, I’ve not come to criticize the President for this action, I approve of it wholeheartedly, and I am thankful no US forces were killed or injured. That sonofabitch deserved his gruesome death, and I salute the President for pulling it off, in spite of the chaos and confusion now going on in northern Syria.

No doubt we will hear a lot more about this action in the days to come, as we did about Osama Bin Ladin’s death in the weeks that followed it. It will be interesting to contrast and compare the aftermaths of these two events.
