We have a little family ritual we go through around the end of every year. I buy a wall calendar for the following year suitable for writing down our appointments and have-to’s.

We usually pick some real eye candy, great works or art, spectacular landscapes, beautiful or interesting insects or marine life, nature, astrophotography, sailboats, that sort of thing.

This year was no exception.
