I did it once but have forgotten where/how I checked.

My notes show that when I checked some months ago, I had a download of either 6.28 mg/s or 3.2/s and upload of .96 mg/s.

Found out where to check at Time Warner. My download is 39824 kbps, upload 480 kbps and 68 ms ping. I did another test 10 minutes later and it was 23856 DL, 968 UL and 54 ms ping. I have Roadrunner turbo and my speed is supposed to be 7 mbps up to 10 mbps bursts for the first 10 mb of download.

I think I’m getting royally screwed.
