On Dan's bad astronomy post. January 22, 2020 12:57 pm RobVG

I haven’t been able to write replies with my Kindle because the text box expands and covers the post button. That’s why I had to start a new thread.

Dan’s post made me challenge assumptions, namely the plane of our solar system is in line with that of our galaxy. I thought it would be a little less than a random arrangement. Turns out I’m wrong.

I read several different webpages and learned things like Venus rotates the “wrong” way, evidently knocked on its ass by a collision with something a long time ago.

The following article was like a big juicy steak being dropped on my plate.
