The God particle? December 13, 2011 2:17 pm johannes
I really do not know who this Mr. Higgs is but it sure seems that he is not just an ordinary hick, after all he did obtain a
Nobel Prize in 1988.
I’m also fairly certain that that the scientists that are looking for the boson are not just ordinary bozos, after all the have done lots of studies in universities and have much knowledge in their heads.
But I think that they are misrepresenting the particle that they are looking for if they call it the “God particle.”

A God particle, in my opinion, would be a particle that actually CREATES the whole universe, such a particle would need to be in all places at the same moment in time.
If such a particle existed, then it would need to be able to go very easily back and forth in time, also it would need to know where to be at any particular moment in time.
Such a particle would be impossible to detect without destroying it, and if that impossible task was somehow accomplished then the whole universe would simply blink out never to exist again.
At least those are my musing about such a particle.
