What the Constitution says... October 11, 2013 8:33 pm BuckGalaxy

Article I, Section 7.2: “Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it…”

Article III, Section 2: “The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority…”

Amendment XIV, Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law… shall not be questioned.

Show me where in the Constitution it says a party that controls one house of Congress can threaten default on the debt to overturn the law of the land.
