Costco v. Wal-Mart August 10, 2013 6:09 pm bowser

Watched a documentary made a couple of years ago about Costco.  My impression was that they followed the Wal-Mart HR compensation package.  Not true.

The program said that at the time Costco employees averaged close to $20 an hour and 90% of them had benefits.

Compare that to Wal-Mart.  And let the Conservatives who bitch about the minimum wage being too high (all of them) to make a profit.

Thought it was interesting.
