…and why we can’t let those who will be regulated (and their shills in Congress and the White House) decide who gets regulated and how.

I’m sure nobody in the Bush Administration wanted to be indirectly responsible for a massive industrial accident, just to provide an environment friendly to business. But the result was inevitable, nonetheless.

These guys are just going to have to learn to accept responsibility for the consequences of their actions.
