Great place for our spaceport July 17, 2011 12:17 pm Eri

One hopes that industry will soon start growing up around this. There is so much opportunity for a growth industry here. When you think of all the things that have come out of NASA’s race to the moon and the ISS; how many more inventions will they come up with around the private sector spaceships? That in itself won’t reboot our economy but it can’t hurt. Of course, we need to grow some nerds to do the nerd work and I’m afraid the way our school systems are falling behind, pretty soon, we’ll be importing nerds from China. That really WOULD be our death knell.
