I’d like to know what Zoners think we can do about gun violence. Today in Seattle we had a lone gunman kill 2 people and injure 3 others in a cafe and then turn the gun on himself.

What should we do? Should we just focus on guns or should we also be looking at our “culture of violence”.

I’m sick of it. I’m sick of the school shootings and accidental deaths- especially those of children.

I am a gun enthusiast and a former NRA member. Gun registration is the biggest fear among gun owners. It’s feared that it would make it easy for the government to confiscate guns once they know who has them.

I subscribed to this point of view but at this point in time, I’d be willing to comply. After all, if legal gun owners are as ballsy as they see themselves, they can fight for their
arms if it comes to that.

I know this is one of those passionate issues. Conversations quickly degrade and accomplish nothing. If you choose to reply, maybe we could keep it constructive- No snark and no attacks.
