I just figured out that if the Federal budget was what it was in 2000, we would, in this crappy economy, and under the Bush tax cuts, be running a $50 billion surplus this year.

(All constant 2005 dollars of course.)

Screw Clinton’s tax rates. Give us Clinton’s spending.
