The world will never forget how America betrayed Ukraine.

Its far worse than the Anglo-French appeasement that led to the NAZI rape of Czechoslovakia. It can be argued that the Allies actually believed that "peace in our time" was possible, but that they just underestimated the malignancy of the Hitler regime--or that at least they were just buying time so they could re-arm. But Trump's reversal of policy for American support for Ukraine, and his pandering to the Putin regime while simultaneously emasculating NATO, can only be understood as a fit of petty pique for Zelenskiy's refusal to submit to American blackmail over Biden. Trump's cynical opportunism, and the GOP's cowardly acceptance of it, will be remembered by historians for a thousand years. I have often disagreed with some of America's policies, but this is the first time I was ever ashamed of my country.
