The 3 Body Problem (Spoilers) October 2, 2025 8:04 am RobVG

We watched it when it first came out and are watching it again because a new season will drop next year.
It’s another “aliens are coming to get us”- after we started sending signals. They can travel at 1/10th C and will be here in 400 years, but they will take control soon because they built a computer out of light, then sent it into Earth orbit and use quantum entanglement with a twin computer on their homeworld to operate it. Method of destruction? “We will kill your science”. Their thought is, without developing advanced technology, we won’t be able to fight.
A novel (and gruesome) use of nanofibers included.
