I got through the whole sign-up procedure, up to the point where it asked me for my phone number. When I responded, it told me it does not support a land line connection. In spite of voluminous trouble shooting instructions, it never got around to explaining to me how to get around this impasse. Neither was there a phone number or email address I could go to get help from a real sapient primate.
