Yeah, it is political. Poland expressing support knowing it is not going to happen. Only a non-NATO country, in range, would do it, but they will not. They should have been sent before, years before, when Ukraine said they were in danger, like back in 2015. Too late now. Its awfully easy for US to talk about “no fly zones” when its someone else who’ll have to take the heat for it if it goes south. All this “no fly” talk
really steams me. If we don’t want to do it, how can we expect anyone else to get involved?

Turkey had supplied very effective drones before the invasion. More on the way. A much better weapon than an old MIG, in my opinion.
