They could simply pretend he is alive and well and issuing orders- they could implement their agenda without the madness, without the tweets- video could be computer generated to make it look like he is alive and well… Putin would be notified before Melania, I am sure….

We could have a whole “Weekend at Bernie’s” scenario going on in the White House… hilarity and crimes against humanity would ensue….
