Fascism is about narcissism and paranoia. Narcissism: we are better than they are. Paranoia: they are taking us over and stabbing us in the back.

Reconciling this fundamental inconsistency is what Reich Wing politics is all about. They are convinced they are better than we are, but we are still kicking their ass. No wonder they’re always so pissed off.
