It would just be someone else--maybe even a Progressive! There is fascism on the Left, too, look at Cuba and Venezuela. For whatever the reason, things are going into the toilet, and those really at fault are 1) Trying to avoid the responsibility for it 2) Trying to accumulate as much booty as possible to ensure their comfort after things get really bad 3) Enlisting the aid of the victims and indoctrinating them so they'll blame someone else for the problem. 4) Making sure the innocent are punished so the guilty can get away with it. They are building up a stockpile of wealth that <a href="https://www.cnn.com/style/article/doomsday-luxury-bunkers/index.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">they hope will preserve them in the times to come</a>... and encouraging the increasingly desperate general population to point fingers at each other, rather than turn their resentful gaze to those robbing their nations blind. The looting has reached a desperate fevered pitch- reckless in its extravagance... this is either indicative of their confidence, or a sign that they sense they are running out of time to prepare for the shitstorm...
