The real villains will be the American engineers and businessmen who in their quest to demonstrate their technical ingenuity and satisfy their infinite greed will have created a system of archives and communication without taking the time to develop its security and safeguards. We have turned over the free world’s nervous system, spinal cord and brain to a set of interconnected machines that can easily be penetrated and commandeered by criminals and even precocious adolescents.

But what can you expect? We are a society that has developed the ability to mass-produce military weaponry so cheaply and efficiently that they can be marketed to anyone and everyone, for about the same prices that we sell consumer electronics and household appliances to school children and housewives.
