You may be right, although the article only seems to barely mention Trump's tariffs. But remember, it IS a bit premature to celebrate, and nobody ever really wins a trade war, especially when the combatants are comparable in size. One thing you can be sure of: no matter how Trump's trade war with China turns out, Trump will declare victory and his followers will all believe him.
