And if the Dems sweep, the Republicans can claim the elections were rigged by the Russians and the results should be ignored due to foreign meddling. Consider, what if a Republican majority in Congress simply refuses to accept the results of an election that goes against them? A year ago I would have said that was sheer paranoia, "it can't happen here". Now, it seems very possible, in fact, it seems highly probable. And you know what, I really don't think all those superpatriotic NRA gun pervs and flag fetishists, Confederate bible-bangers and assorted skinhead wing nut militias will rise up to stop the tyranny engulfing their country. In fact, if anything, they will muster in order to help install and enforce it. You could make a movie about it and call it "Red Dawn".
