“I think not having the estate tax recognizes the people that are investing, as opposed to those that are just spending every darn penny they have, whether it’s on booze or women or movies.” December 4, 2017 3:57 pm RL

Those of you that voted for Trump because he would fight for the little guy…. FUCK YOU….

THIS is what the GOP stands for- it always has and always will:

It’s getting difficult to keep track of all the nonsensical comments made by Sen. Chuck Grassley on the Senate tax bill.

It’s not simply his now-famous comment to the Register in arguing for a repeal of the estate tax:

“I think not having the estate tax recognizes the people that are investing, as opposed to those that are just spending every darn penny they have, whether it’s on booze or women or movies.”

Keep in mind that the estate tax affects only those with assets above $5.5 million for individuals and $11 million for couples. That’s a lot of darn pennies. Following Grassley’s logic, if we raised these amounts, our nation could risk devastating the booze, women and movie industries.

In trying to explain his bizarre statement, the senator continues to perpetuate this myth: “Family farmers … have to break up their operations to pay the IRS following the death of a loved one.”

In Sunday’s Register, reporter Jason Noble examined federal tax data and other sources and found that the estate tax affects few family farmers and uncovered no evidence that it causes anyone to sell land or quit farming.

You see, the reason you aren’t rich is that you keep blowing your cash on booze and women… it is YOUR fault…

The people that are rich are only rich because they EARNED it… and since they deserve to be rich, they deserve to have the poor and middle class subside their wealth further…

And the children of the wealthy have EARNED the right to be wealthier simply because they are the offspring of wealthy people…

And the poor sons of bitches that voted for this thinking their struggle to pay their rent would be aided by the GOP- well, enjoy your tax break on private jets, SUCKERS!!!
