Last year, Google decertified the Certificate Authority that issued all my SSL/https certs. They didn’t do anything at first, but apparently in the most recent update to Chrome, they’ve stopped recognizing my CA completely. I just upgraded Chrome, and now I see what some of you see. The rest will see it as soon as you upgrade Chrome.

However, this shouldn’t block you completely. Underneath the big scary warnings is a small grey link that says “ADVANCED”. Click it, and you can advance on into the site. However, you may get hit with the warning again.

Firefox currently doesn’t have problems. Microsoft Edge looks OK.

Damn, I need to go buy a bunch of digital certificates. I used the old CA because for a flat yearly subscription I could issue all the certs I wanted. So I did, and used encryption everywhere. This will be ugly.
