Unbelievable.  There ain’t a Republican in the world who shouldn’t hold their head in shame.  Like it or not this reflects upon the entire US.  And poorly.

(I wonder if one can launch nukes from inside a strait jacket?)  I know that in the last days of Nixons’ presidency the powers that be had made it clear to all relevant authorities that any order from Nixon  to launch a nuclear attack was to be ignored.
