It featured some of the best artists of the time, both European and US. It appeared in the US under the name Heavy Metal, and was quite popular for a while. A film based on the magazine appeared in the US too, with some really good animation and story lines. I don't know if this new product is related to that, but if so, it might be worth monitoring for a while.
