		<description>Blueberrys are a regular staple in our house, fresh and frozen. Frozen bluberrys are great for making a smoothy as they add the chill to the drink and taste great. We use frozen spinach when making cream spinach, but fresh spinach is consumed nearly every other day at our house.

Interesting that peas retain their nutritional value for so long.</description>
