Can anybody help me out with some CAD work? August 19, 2013 7:29 pm RobVG

I’ve got this project and the only way I can do it is with mock ups. I need to change about 5 pivot points to get a hydraulic thumb on an excavator thumb to open completely. The picture is of a similar thumb but ours is not quite the same.

If I supplied measurements could someone (Tom :) ) help me figure out what changes in dimensions I should make? The equipment shop really screwed up. It would only be in 2D. If not, is there a good free CAD program I could use? Thanks in advance.
