WHY THE HELL is he being charged with Murder?

He needs to be CONVICTED of manslaughter.

He may have been defending his own life when he shot Martin but, while armed, he put himself in that situation. He is responsible for Martin’s death.

I’m no legal scholar so if he *isn’t* found guilty of “murder”- does he walk?
