Harry Reid will change the filibuster rules.

“They’re tired of this partisan gridlock,” Reid said at a midday press conference.

Harry Reid, prior to the election:

“Mitt Romney’s fantasy that Senate Democrats will work with him to pass his severely conservative agenda is laughable.”

This, of course, would not have been “gridlock.”
