M Reclus has followed your advice re Task Mgr, and has been able to locate the source of her printer problem. She recently re-installed her CD burning software (Roxio) and now it gobbles up system resources, even when it is not actually running. When she uninstalled Roxio, the system resources came way down, and the printer started functioning nominally.

Now she knows the source of the problem. But she doesn’t know why. Her reinstallion of Roxio was off her original disk. Thanks again, guys.
