My Uverse internet was down for an hour, and I almost had a nervous breakdown.
Finally fixed it by doing a whole house gateway restart. Did it by cell phone via an att app. Without that I could have been down for days trying to find a real person on att by land line.
BTW, Uverse is great for a single person or a couple but it sucks for a family with more than two TVs in use. I am switching back to Dish and getting the HOPPER!!
