Depressing. I'm seeing the Writing on the Wall in this Business. February 16, 2012 12:45 am Jeff-Wash

Another independent restaurant closed its doors in my town, recently. It’s becoming increasingly common.  I don’t know how long it will be before my Grill will have to shut its doors for good.

We serve good, tasty and nourishing  food and in big portions too. But it’s the big franchises and restaurant chains that are killing us.   Olive Garden, Montana Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Swiss Chalet, Denny’s, Mother Tuckers, etc…Some names you will recognize, some you might not, but their common business strategy is driving us into the ground.
