They’re right about the booming economy, but I think this may be the first major publication where I’ve ever seen Gingrich get any credit in writing.

If you look at the Federal spending curves, you can actually see it bend up after Gingrich’s resignation, and yet the Republicans were still running Congress and Clinton was still president.
