He said DO NOT FRY IN THE HOUSE unless you want to collect the insurance (or something like that) and she said they now make fryers for using indoors and Alton said they are still not safe and don't do it! Anyone frying out in the back yard? I've love to try it sometime but probably never will get to. But I'll bet it's moist and yummy and it would cook quickly.
