Their blood is copper based, and as a result carries far less oxygen than iron based blood. Imagine how much more energy those large brains would have to work with if they were to be engineered to have iron based blood. It would be a quantum leap for their kind. This is obvious proof than humans were contemporary with these giant marine reptiles, and that at one time all species coexisted simultaneously. In other words, Darwinian evolution never happened. And anyone who doesn't accept that is going to hell. God said it. I believe it. That settles it. Only human beings have the intelligence to purposefully rearrange bones into geometrical patterns. Can't go to this year's meeting but I'd love to see the Q&A after this talk, should be fun. In geology, we call this sort of speculation "arm-waving", and this hypothesis has the author waving fast enough to lift off the ground. Cute theory, speculative evidence, sort of surprised with the Geologic Society of America's selection. Speculation indeed!
