		<description>Of course it&#039;s a joke, but it reflects the fundamental theory of &quot;stimulus&quot; economics.  Give people a shitload of money and they&#039;ll spend it and bring our industries back into shape.  What is always overlooked is where that money has to come from.  Does it really make sense to raise taxes on a business so the money can be handed to someone to buy something from that business?</description>

I totally agree with the idea of congressmen living on SS and Medicare. That would be sort of dictatorial, but that&#039;s the way I roll. :)</description>
