Now our world has two 'natural' moons. May 9, 2011 4:41 pm Jeff-Wash

   OK! – Luna is still number one; but now Earth

has another natural orbiting companion according to two

astronomers.

A 100 meter diameter asteroid named Asteroid

2010 s016.   More info can be surfed about it via this link:

PhysOrg.com.

  It appears that it orbits Earth in a strange ‘horseshoe’ orbit.

It doesn’t appear to get closer to Earth than 2-3 million

klicks. Phew! They say its orbit is stable, but I don’t know;

what if something nudges it?  I’d be a little nervous.
