I had no audio for about a week. Nothing major was happening so I waited until finally I called our provider and they called the NASA channel and lo and behold in less than an hour, I had audio.
Maybe if enough of us raised our voices things would get done (?!).
I do agree that NASA TV's greatest moments are when something major happens. The conferences are great as well as their documentaries of special events. My peeve is that they haven't broadcasted enough live feeds of what goes on in the station. At least not since Expedition 14, with Lopez-Alegria and Sunita Williams. Plenty of live feeds there as well as some for 15. It did dwindle with 16.
