Yes, I am muddying the waters.
That's rebellion against the ivory tower view of what
religion is and what science is.
But then your NARROW definition of science and religion
borders on snobbery and a condescending attitude towards
millions of average people.
...Whatever your definition of science or religion is.
If you want to fanatically hold onto your narrow definitions
that's fine with me.
BTW...MOST people on the street have a very broad definition
of religion....I'd love to hold a bet against someone who wouyuld disagree.
Some consider physical fitness a religion or quasi-religious.
Some consider SEX religion or a religious experience.
Some consider partaking of narcotics or hallucinogens to be a form of religion.
Some consider idolatary religion; the reverence for an object or objects.
Some consider sports to be...
Who the hell are you to say likewise?..Are you editor at Webster's?
So I'm muddying the waters?
That makes me a rebel
YES!!!... I am a rebel.
I'm proud of that label!
I'd fit into the 1960's culture easily as a result.
And I'd love to be part of bring down the ivory tower culture, getting its head out of the clouds, an ivory tower that considers ITSELF as legitimate academia alone.
There are rebels today...I could name some.
Ben Stein is one...He's certainly a shit disturber like I.
