Where are the rocket boosters for such upgraded spacecraft, Raoul?

Angara?...It's not powerful enough to send an multiseater [3-4 crew?] manned
"orbital" spacecraft [and lander] to the moon like the Project Apollo spacecraft.

And the Angara [the basic model] is still not ready for launch after years of delay.

ESA's Ariane 5?...It too is not powerful enough for such deep-space missions.

So where is the rocket booster, Raoul, for such a mission for Russia/ESA?

Is the Energia heavylift booster going to be revived for such a mission?

I won't wait for Jim Oberg to respond, I'll answer my own question by saying, NYET!
