Too small to hold an atmosphere. The blast of heat would expel any thin atmosphere and boil off any volatiles. You need to get up to nearly Mars size before an atmosphere can be retained...

It's a balance between gravity and temperature. Small worlds can hold FROZEN volatiles - look at the outer moons
