In fact, by Olbers' paradox, we KNOW that BOTH cannot simultaneously be true, so if you use space AND time, we KNOW that is invalid. The Universe can only be infinite in EITHER space OR time, and NEED NOT be infinite in EITHER.

The onus is on those who wish to prove that it is...
