Of course it can be denied just like evolution can be denied.

The other side of the coin is that women are biologically driven to mate with the strongest males in order to produce the best offspring. Of course, strongest can be more than physical strength in our society. It can mean well educated potentially good providers but physical fitness will always play a part and men with obvious physical deficiencies will always be second choices.

Both sexes always go for maximum attractiveness when mating but women are far more interested in quality vs quantity.

This is not meant as an endorsement of biology over humanity. Being human involves striving for more than following animal instinct. Hopefully biology can be nuance instead of the other way around.
