The Gateway dual chip set up was quite underpowered at only 300 watts and started arcing and creating ozone galore. No fun. By the time I recognized what was going on, I had a massive headache. And naturally it's just out of warranty by a few months!

But who here has a good recommendation or experience with a power supply maker. I'm looking at a Corsair 520w power supply to replace it. I'm running multiple hard drives so I want a little more power than needed. Anyone have any favorite brands? I saw they have a 620w supply but I don't want to draw too much power...because as you all know I'm all about living green and conserving energy...and I want to overload the circuit which supports the printer, monitor etc.
