Mom and the kids always have that look on their face when I come in the garage with my "treasures" when the poor fools toss semi- good PC's on trash/clean up nite. P3's, and now P4's with mega drives of 80gb+ that have to be wiped and formatted along with a new OS (Had to buy XP New, BUMMER!!!) Sometimes all it is aBIOS screw up or a dead battery, or the HDD goes bad and I replace with a spare 40 gig. YAHOOO!!!! The only thing I bought in last 2 yrs or so was an external DVD burner =HDD for the PC, works great!!!! Alot of bad caps in one stint of mobo's about 3 yrs ago, smelled like vinager when you opened case..YUCCKKK!!!!
