Step 1: Find an audience that includes software developers.
Step 2: Dangle an interesting problem in front of them and go 'oh gee... this is just so hard... I just don't know what to do.'
Step 3: Sit back and watch someone else code a solution.
Except: HINT TO RS in order for step 3 to work, the dangler needs to reply to queries and supply resources to interested parties who might (stress might) be willing to take on the problem!
