I've been using Vista Home on a desktop and a laptop because they came with them. Would have rather not had it. And I have a prejudice against MS much the same as I do Wal-Mart. It's nothing personal, though, those companies are doing what companies do.
That said, Vista has been great. It may be bloated, but computers and memory are so fast I can't tell. Much faster than XP, though maybe that's the computers again.
Seems to be loaded with all manner of drivers, I haven't had to screw around with any of those.
So, fast, reliable, versatile. At least in the applications for which I use it, which are not much of a challenge.
I'm happy with it.
