At least if you plan to do anything with that popular vote more than brag about it.

On the other hand, if you had vote counts from those uncounted states, there's a good chance that Obama would be ahead in the popular vote. Certainly, the margine would be closer.

Florida is offtopic only if you did not count the popular vote from it in your "will of the people" number. Did you?
