You miss the point in your eagerness to be stupid.

No, I wouldn't be happy "to kill any scientist or doctor..."

Any scientist or doctor which is experimenting on humans without their consent is acting immoral and giving such scientist or doctor something that amount small dollar fine or slap on the wrist would also be amoral.

For instance a doctor taking the kidneys of prisoners is immoral- and those doctors [which are apparently doing it] in China because the State sanctions it, should be punished. And in that particular case I could be quite happy if such doctors were executed.
And in general killing such monsters would make me happy- rather than in any way being upset and sad because what they did is "understandable" and they were "forced" to do it.
