was that the early results in Indiana came from rural areas and they were waiting for the real population centers, particularly the areas around Chicago to report. Had they called it early based on Hillary's 14 - 16 point lead from those rural areas, it would have been way off from the final results. Sounds like the pundits were wise to wait.

In NC, from what I gather, the polls closed earlier and there was a huge amount of early voting that overwhelmingly went to Obama. The exit polls followed that trend exactly.

I wish they'd just wait for official results as well but, in this case the pundits got it right.
